Entry for SP DELEGATION contest.

Well first of all, i'm new to steemit and i'm sure you know how frustrated i am right now, it's just not fair how some people with high Steempower ask some people to transfer some SBDS to their account for them to upvote their post and all instead of them to upvote it based on the content of what was written. So if i had 5000SP in my account, I think bringing up contests to make people that are new to steemit or those that do not have high SP would be a good idea, so as to earn Steempower and make their upvotes count. And if i had 5000SP, i'd surely upvote posts of people with good content not asking them for SBDS, because most of the people with high Steempower are those who invested in steemit and those who do not have enough money on them might have to strive to gain ground on steemit. So basically i think bringing up contests for people like these would be a nice idea and also upvoting their posts.
