Self-Portrait Photography Contest - 7th Week

By organizing this #contest I wanted to contribute to the further development & growth of the #Steemit community!

I'm still not quitting on the idea of the #self-portrait #photo #contest so I decided to go with the 7th week!
INSTRUCTIONS:
Be creative & make self-portraits not in that common way as the trendy "selfies" but in a high quality way partly describing yourself & your way of life. Every each of us has many different roles to play in life: worker, sportsman, soldier, writer, driver, lover, husband, father, wife, mother, artist, model, waitress, lawyer, dancer, actress, scientist, doctor, singer, musician, politician, manager, nurse, porn star, prostitute, gigolo, pimp... or some kind of an imaginary character - somebody who you would like to be... There is plenty of inspiration for the theme!
Nudes are also very appreciated & welcomed as well as the conceptual & art #photography.
#Photo can be full color, b&w & #monochrome tones.
How to apply for the #contest:
Create a high quality shot of yourself - a #self-portrait which presents you & your way of life or what you would like to be.
Ad a short story / explanation / description to the photo.
Photos must be your original work as well as the text following!
Use a #self-portrait tag as one of your tags in the post.

Space Travel: The Sun
Whining shining star – the Sun – is the largest planet never visited by men, or just no one foretold us so. Milky Way on a milky way. I have stepped on it, and the milk made me walk, as well. It was the very first thing of this world my mother gave me, poured into me, which I was breastfed with. I feasted upon it, then my lips reddened from the blood of Jesus. But I remained unbaptised, nonetheless! A real Slav. Footloose. My hair became wild, entangled, messy and dirty, sunburned, uncut for years ... Wool warms me, my elderly mother again knitted it. No-thing without her; if ''no-thing'' has anything at all since ''without her'' there might still be something, a-thing...?!
On my burly shoulders a karmic cross is carried, 'till I get rid of it, until I throw it away, just so I can stand up, enlightened, without any weight to carry or a burden of time to bear, and dissipate into what I once was – nothing and nobody - from which my figure was made, for trillions of seconds which passed through me, just as the two long needles my mother held, knitting the sweater with unlimited and unconditional love. This woolen sweater from my shoulders hangs and below my skinny hips ends, warming me with the same love she knitted it with for her prodigal son. No place for shame here!
The temple, which was built by some Balkan, some southern Slav once labeled a savage, an uncivilized, ignorant, and an illiterate slave by the West, now is being worshiped as a modern replication of the skies – the Milky Way. Today, these Westerners are stomping on it. So be it! To hell with divisions! Let true freedom and open love rise from the ashes of envy, profit, slavery, submission, disrespect, humiliation, torment, and suffering... Let there be no masters and slaves evermore! Just brothers and sisters! Unity and versatility.
Space Travel is my multimedia project which appeared to me in the spring of 2014 when I came back from India & was visiting my friend in Zadar. I borrowed her bicycle & drove myself all the way to the interactive installation called "Greetings To The Sun" created by the Croatian architect Nikola Bašić... & then it struck me! Suddenly the words were coming to me - the words above - following the 1st portrait - The Sun - out of the Space Travel series...
