it's a sort of reincarnation, very nice!
I left this thing open to many interpretations. Reincarnation is one, multiverse is another, the circle of life is another (purple sky for the old Meister, red sky for the young Lehrling: red and purple are the first and the last colors of the spectrum) 😉
I noticed but didn't connect to the light spectrum. Clever.
