So a couple months ago, I made a post defending @dtube to all the naysayers saying it wasn't going anywhere because #1 it was too slow and #2 it doesn't have HD

I was semi-vindicated when dtube got HD. And now since loading issues seem to have been resolved, I have been FULLY vindicated!
