Looks like iexplore answered you pretty well already.. However.. If you haven't officially won a round yet, you're good to enter! And at this point you have not officially won a round, so you can totally enter this one. And, I would totally suggest it because there's only a few rounds left in the season and you could still get in the top 16 for a chance at the grand prize if you win one round and then get a few more points after that. Plus.. No one else has entered this round yet so you have a really good chance to win!!

Keep an eye on these winner announcement posts. The leader board is always there. And if you don't have a win on the board then it's a great idea to enter these rounds even if the voting is a little behind.. Better to enter then not until you know you have a win.
