"The balance of power was restored, Humanity awoken."

Justification:

To me, two key elements are very present, the balance of power (depicted in the center of the photo)
And the enormous hands (which indicates powerful godlike forces at work)

The two outward spheres coincide with the idea of outside manipulation or influence. I'm of the belief that there is some numerical meaning here as well, but of that, I cannot be certain.

What further grounds the indication of unforseen forces at work, is the ocean underneath. The depiction of fish swimming around mindlessly while the balance of power is restored further indicates our lack of insight and understanding. In the case of my perception this represents humanity as not obtaining enlightenment.

You'll notice of course the hands and arms are comprised in the same fabric matter as the ocean itself. Very significant. This represents the forces working on our behalf.

I really enjoyed this. It required a bit more concentration than I initially thought it would.
