They have been doing more harm than good. And it is just frustrating to see this happen because fixing their mislead actions is rather simple. They should open a compliance room where all cases are openly discussed, transparently handled and grant a fair chance for affected users to state their perspective.

Authoritarianism is a disease for this platform, and it has to be treated on time.
