We Lost the War

Inevitability they say is no reason. This statement of truth is the very breast and heart of the once upon a city of gold. In the city gold lived a very powerful king Amitaba who saw anybody with a bright mind as a threat. This king had an humble begining with the brightest of minds around him. Eventhough he was from a royal family, the then king never recognised him as royalty because he was born out of wed-lock, in one of the extra marital affairs of his grand father.

King Amitaba became loved by all who came across him considering his humility and manners. A courtesy of fine breed which is rare with people of his category.

As time went on his fame went abroad. A time came when as a result of bad leadership the people dethroned King Minus by bloodshed,and instaled King Amitaba because they believed he had tasted what the ordinary man is tasting everyday-the hardship, poverty, extremism, corruption and bad leadership.

King Amitaba started his own reign with even more terror and blood shed.

Despite so many entreaties, the people confessed to have lost the war and optimistically opined that his days are numbered.
