China PR scored a 2-1 win over Kyrgyzstan in their 1st group C game then won 3-0 over Philippines in their 2nd group match. China PR has secured advancement to the knockout rounds and hold a goal differential tiebreaker over South Korea so they will only need a draw to clinch 1st place in the group. The last time these nations played each other in 2017 they tied 2-2.
