Steem Basic Income Giveaway :: Hotdogs & Sandwiches
Hello, beautiful and amazing people. I hope you are all doing wonderful today!
Today I thought it's about time for another one. Another what? Another steem basic income giveaway, that's what!
First... the rules.
I am adhering to the @ContestKings rules, meaning 👊 No Upvote, No Follow, No Resteem required. Any or all would, of course, be very much appreciated, but that is completely your call and not required to win this contest/giveaway.
The Question
With that said... what do I want from you? Simply this:
Your opinion: Is a hotdog a sandwich? A simple yes or no is enough, but if you can, I'd appreciate if you'd explain your logic.
Me? Maybe technically they are the same, but practically they are different. Wittgenstein sums up my thoughts on the matter in this comic.
But don't let me (or the author of that comic) influence you. What do you think?
The Prizes

The comment I like best will get 1 share of SBI. If there are other awesome comments, I may also give them a SBI share, depending on how much steem I have to play with when the contest ends. Let this inspire you to write a good comment!

Yes. Po' Boys and Heroes have similar constructions with a single piece of stuffed bread with a slit. They're generally considered to be sandwiches and are advertised as such. If they're sandwiches, then hot dogs must be, too.

I am going to say no why cause Siri said it was and she is never right.
No way are they the same!
A hot dog is open at the top, whereas a sandwich is only 'slightly open' at the side.
A hot dog would need a hat if it was raining to keep it dry, whereas the your cheese & pickle filling would stay nice and dry in a similar situation.
One has variable filling options, whereas the other offers only the frankfurter option.
So many differences 😉

No, a hotdog is not a sandwich. It is eaten completely different. (First of all, a HOT dog is not eaten cold.)
