I love Bananas, the great think when they turn dark yellow just before they go brown

peel them and break it into 2 tio 3 inch pieces roll them up in cellophane and freeze them. Now you have nice sized snacks, the best part of it you will swear your eating a sweat hard ice cream. And it tastes sweater and more banana taste then a regular banana. Why? because a regular banana does sit on your tongue as long because it is soft and washes away quickly, so you don't get the effect.
