That's what I was thinking. I reviewed your contest and the only thing preventing it from addition to the recurring list is the requirement to upvote the post. This conflicts with our guidelines for recurring contests.
If you decide to remove that contest entry requirement and would like to be reviewed for addition to our recurring contests list, please let us know. Recurring contests are included in every contest post and have a rotating Feature at top of contest list.
Cool! That is easy enough! I'll remove the upvote requirement. No worries.
I'll edit the active post and make sure that it is the same from here forward.

Was there another in between that I missed? Are you planning on running this weekly or monthly?
For recurring we prefer at least weekly so that there's always an ongoing contest members can enter when we publish our lists.
