Reasons to own silver - #1 Silver is REAL Money

My coins are making beautiful macro-photography subjects :) I'm shooting with a canon 100mm f2.8L which is an awesome macro lens. It really helped me shoot a nice picture series for a topic I want to continue: "Reasons to own silver", starting with #1 - Silver is REAL money.

And more than being real money, silver is the ORIGINAL real money. Silver laid the foundation for all forms of sound money, including cryptos. In fact, if there was no silver, there would be no cryptos. Firstly as a perfect model, demonstrating all necessary qualities of sound money, being:

  • Durable,
  • Portable,
  • Divisible,
  • Fungible,
  • Limited in supply,
  • a Store of Value.
    But on top of this, cryptos are technically dependent on silver for its physical properties. I mean, if we had no silver, we couldn't build the hardware that cryptos require. And no, copper or gold will not substitute silver's role in most cases.

If you own cryptos, but don't own silver, it would be great to hear your thoughts and reasons below :)
