Sweet and sour pork

Recipe :

1 kg. pork meat
2 tbsp of sauce
Ground pepper
1/2 cup of flour
1/2 cup of cornstarch
1/2 cup of water
1 teaspoon of garlic
Salt and pepper

For the Sauce:
3 garlic
1 white onions
1 small red onions
1 cup of vinegar
1/2 cup of water
3/4 cup of sugar
2 teaspoon of soy sauce
1/2 red bell pepper
1/2 bell pepper - green
1/2 cup of pineapple chunks
1/4 cup of banana catsup
4 tbsp of cornstarch
Salt and pepper
Oil

Steps:

  1. Season the pork with soy sauce then mix it with flour, cornstarch and water. Marinate it for 15 minute. Then fry it until golden brown.

  2. For the sauce, Fry all the seasoning. Melt sugar and cornstarch with vinegar and water and mix it with the seasoning. Then mix the soy sauce ans ketchup. Cook until its sticky then mix the fried pork

Note: You can use also pineapple chunks. And instead of using water, you can use pineapple juice.c
