Ingredients:
- 3 tomatoes;
- 100 g of cheese;
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil;
- salt - to taste;
- pepper - to taste.
Preparation
Wash the tomatoes, cut them in half, place them on the baking sheet with a cut upward. Lubricate with olive oil, salt, pepper and sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake at 200 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
