Peach and goat cheese puffs
Ingredients:
- 400 g puff pastry;
- 130 g of goat cheese;
- 300–400 g of pitted peaches;
- freshly ground pepper - to taste;
- 2 tablespoons of honey.
Cooking
Roll out the dough and cut it into 6 identical squares with a side of 10 cm.
Put them on the parchment and pierce with a fork. Grease each goat cheese, leaving 1 cm at each edge intact.
Put peach slices on the cheese and season with pepper.
Bake puffs for 20-25 minutes at 220 ° C.
Pour the finished pastry with honey and serve to the table.
