Fried pastries filled with zucchini and pineapple marmalade.
Today I wanted to eat something sweet and try to make some pastries with a marmalade of zucchini and pineapple, if you have not tried this combination yet, I recommend you try it to my family loved it.
To make the pastries I made a phyllo dough, it is very simple to make and for the marmalade cut zucchini into half moons, cut pineapple into small squares with some gum vanilla and sugar.
