Red cabbage salad - easy and tasty
The winter weather is still outside my window.
We are waiting for the spring warming. Because spring is the season of new fruit and vegetables in our country. I wanted something fresh and decided to prepare this red cabbage salad.
This is a nice light salad for your household. Red cabbage adds beautiful color to your plate and mood. It is easy to cook, even by teenagers. Try to do this tasty salad yourself.
You will need:
- 1/2 small head red cabbage, thinly sliced and chopped
- 1 cup of cold cut sausage or bacon
- 2-3 table spoon of mayo
- Salt, pepper, sesame seeds (to your liking)
- Chips for decoration
Combine cabbage, cold cut sausage and mayo in a bowl, stir well. Sprinkle the salad with sesame seeds. Then decorate it with some pieces of chips.

This looks like a fun way to serve cabbage. I imagine you could add some green cabbage if you wanted. I love the taste of cabbage and bacon together.
