Tagliatelle with broccoli (step by step) / With explanatory photos

Good afternoon Steemians, I hope you are well... Today, I come to share with you a recipe in which the star ingredient is a small and beautiful tree, which is always soft, waiting with the smile drawn on its trunk to brighten our palate; it is very versatile, as we can taste it raw, boiled, battered, roasted, baked.

Accompany me to put on my apron, to begin to season this delicious dish, always giving magical touches... Sazón, which sprouts directly from the heart to the fire.

To enjoy these exquisite "spaghetti with cream broccoli"...



You will need the following ingredients:

  • 1 large broccoli
  • 1 carrot
  • 4 spring onions
  • 1 green pepper
  • 1 red onion
  • 2 spring onions
  • salt and pepper to taste



The first step will be: add a dash of olive oil to a non-stick cauldron, proceed to sauté for approximately 5-7 minutes the red onion and spring onion (over medium heat).



Once they have acquired a crystalline tonality, add the chopped green pepper in slices and the chives in thick wheels.

Lower the heat to "minimum" and continue frying for 15 minutes, until our ingredients are golden brown.



We incorporate the carrots chopped in julienne and hope they soften; in this recipe I prefer that they maintain their natural texture, to feel them a little crunchy on the palate, but I leave them to your choice.



Friends, it is the turn to add our star ingredient: the beautiful broccoli, with that intense tonality; that will remind many of the green grass of our childhood.


  • Stir gently and with enveloping movements. In this step is that I proceed to place the point of salt and pepper.


Once all the ingredients are incorporated, we turn off and reserve.



While we wait for our bechamel sauce to acquire creamy consistency, we take advantage of cooking our noodles.

For this recipe, I usually prepare the cream a little lighter.



Once we confirm that it is in its perfect point, we proceed to incorporate the ingredients that we had reserved.

We mix well...

Amiga, me alegra un montón que te haya gustado; en esta receta suelo degustarla sin el quesito parmesano, para no enmascarar el sabor del brócoli.
