How to Make Chocolate Mousse | Valentine's Dessert

Valentine's day is coming! Surprise your half with this chocolate mousse and maybe you'll get lucky.


Full recipe:

In a double boiler, melt 120g of best dark chocolate, 60g of butter, add 1 tbs of honey and a pinch of salt. Add 4 egg yolks to the cooled mixture.

Whip 4 egg whites with 30g of sugar and add the whipped whites to the chocolate mixture. Careful not to over mix it. Gently fold the mixture to contain all the air.

Finally add the vanilla whipped cream. Also fold gently. Pour the mixture into a ceramic bowl and allow to cool it in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours. As a garnish we put some whipped cream on top and spray some cocoa.
