Hi fellow steemians!

Today I wanted to share with you a recipe that changed burgers for me.

It's called the Juicy Loosey!

Ooey gooey cheese coming out of the center of this juicy tender burger topped with garlic butter sauteed Morel mushrooms and the works!

The concept of a Juicy Loosey burger was introduced to me by an old snowboarding buddy of mine. It's basically just a cheese stuffed burger, but there is somewhat of an art to making one propper.

It all starts with quality organic grass fed ground beef.

To make a Juicy Loosey you need to start with small balls of beef, about the size of a large meatball(1 1/2" - 2")

Then you need to press the ball into a really thin patty(<1/4")

Then you want to take a slicr of preferred cheese(mine being cheddar or pepper jack) and lay it right on top of the thin patty.

At this step you will need to press another very thin patty and place it on top!

When you place the patty on top it is important to keep them properly lined up.

Next what you will want to do is fuze the 2 pattys together by pressing the edges down with your finger, this will ensure that your precious cheese isnt lost from spilling out while grilling.

Then you will need to bring it back to a propper party form so you can slap it on the grill and get cookin!

It works best to put your hand flat on the patty while pressing your thumb inward to create an even patty thickness.

And now its off to the bbq for grillin!

Meanwhile as those burgers were cooking I prepped up some sauteed morel mushrooms with garlic, butter, and onions(If anyone has had morels they know how exquisite that is by itself).

After those morels started cooking I went to check on the burgers with some salt, pepper, & garlic and BAM!

They look perfect(if perfect could even exist)!

After the burgers were done I brought them inside and piled on the mushroom saute' with the works and avocado on sourdough bread. I would have preferred brioche or ciabatta buns but we didnt prepare well enough, so we had to do with what we got.

After taking 2 bites of this magically delicious burger it started oozing chees from inside the patty and it was messy!

They dont call it a Juicy Loosey for no reason!**
