Sry for the late response - my 3 months of delegated steam power concluded & got a bit unmotivated since my upvotes aint worth shit anymore xP
Not the 'OG' recipe but it will do the job;
whisk some eggs, mirin (sweet rice wine / if desperate a tiny shot of wine vinegar will do the job too - not the same... but meh; smells tasty ^^), a pinch of sugar & some soy sauce...
A bit of butter for the pan
Let it rip (after a tiny layer solidifies - flap it over / fold it in half; rinse & repeat => should give a scrambled egg that has 'layers' like a folded blanket / same satisfying feel when you take a bite out of several pancakes / cookies at once)

Well maybe now is a good time to buy steem instead of lease it again through delegation. The price is pretty low compared to all time highs.
