Beans with meat

Ingredients:

• 200 g of chicken or turkey;
• 100 g of beans;
• 70 ml of sliced ​​tomatoes, preserved in their own juice;
• 10 tablespoon vegetable oil;
• 1 cucumber.
  
  

Preparation

Cut the meat into pieces and fry until done. Beans soak in water for at least an hour, preferably at night. Put it in a pan with a thick bottom, pour it with water so that the liquid is a centimeter above the beans. Cook until the bean is soft, and the water will not evaporate almost completely. Season beans with hot red pepper, salt and pour with canned tomatoes with the liquid in which they were. For this recipe you need not salted or pickled tomatoes, but canned in your own juice. Usually they are sold in metal cans or cardboard packages.

Put beans and meat in a container, and take the cucumber with you.
