Oatmeal in a can

Ingredients for 1 serving:

• 50 g of large-size oatmeal;
• ½ cup of cow or almond milk;
• 50 g mixed dry fruits pieces;
• 50 g of apple puree;
• 1 teaspoon of cocoa powder.
  
  

Preparation

Pour the oatmeal into the jar, add the rest of the ingredients. Stir, cover and leave the mixture overnight, so that the flakes are soaked in moisture and swell. Eat porridge cold or warm in a microwave. The dish can be sprinkled with berries, pieces of fruit or grated chocolate.
