Ahhhh Lizelle. I just ate and you managed to make me hungry again. And I'm not a young man-maybe in that respect my youth is still with me :)

Your knife skills look fine to me. I almost always grab an old wooden hafted steel knife that was my mother's. It suits me, and I very rarely photograph my food so the presentation isn't much to me.
