This dish looks amazing. The marinade with all of those herbs, tea and orange sounds so good. I like how you gave so much information about all of the ingredients. That was so informative and I learned a lot. Great use of the other ingredients in the sauce. I also like your mash with the sour cream and coconut butter. Just reading your post I can tell that this dish was bursting with flavor!

Unfortunately @blackberryskunk, We can not accept your dish as part of the @docsmith contest. The rules of this special contest are that you must participate in all three weeks of the contest. The contest has three rounds and last week was round one. Once the contest started it become closed to new entrants. Only half of the entrants from last week advanced to week two. And only half of those remaining people will advance to the final round next week.
