Oh yum @foodforsoul, I just love a gratin, and this one is a true symphony of root vegetables!
I'm sure it must have been as delicious at it looks in your lovely photos!
Shoo I agree, the @docsmith challenge was quite nerve racking in the end so it's been nice to have a break from serious cooking!

Thank you @lizelle. The gratin was very nice. Even my little one had it for dinner last night as in some aspects it may look at pasta which is her favourite dish.
