I can't wait to make this recipe. The lemon tea marinate on the chicken along with the fresh herbs and spice rub before grilling it adds even more flavor to the chicken. The chicken is perfectly grilled and looks super juicy. The strawberry tomato salsa is brilliant and I would never have thought of putting those ingredients together. So fresh and tasty. Best of luck.
