Sorry to hear about your friend @lizelle. I have to say this creation is definitely delectable. I am huge fan of sweet potatoes and I never thought making a fritter and serving it with salted butterscotch sauce. Sweet, salty and crispy...absolutely heavenly! Thank you for the tidbit on Lunar planting, I never knew that. It's all so fascinating. Good luck @lizelle.
