The sweet potato fritters sound already good by themselves but no, we have to add more goodies! And then add more! But I won't complain as you had something great in mind and it totally works for me. Wow, all those textures and flavors. Can't say 'no' to that and may also have to go back for seconds! Yummy dish to start the season! Beautiful presentation too!
