There are several things going on that the U.S. would NOT do, one is "round up infected persons" to place them into quarantine. China, being a totalitarian form of communist government has the advantage of demanding under threat of death for sections of populations go to quarantine. South Korea is an open News item so we hear about them, often. There is also so much going on amongst familial units that spreading anything is expected.
Back here in the "Good Ol' U.S. of A." there are more laws prohibiting sections of society from being herded into quarantine that it would be impossible to accomplish. Think WW2 and the Japanese internment. It is also a Election Year so do you think ANY incumbent is going to take the stance supporting mandatory quarantine? Within the next several months look for a declaration of "National Emergency" and a possible postponement of the presidential election. The people in power DO NOT want to willingly relinquish that power. As mentioned, the testing is only below 50% accurate and the inoculation is much worse, it often causes more symptoms than it cures.
Alternate efforts should be published, but they won't, to include Eating Healthy, Washing your hands with cold water and high quality soap(non-antibacterial) and avoid infected people, no matter what they are infected with. The largest holder of "Medical Patents" in the WORLD, the CDC, will never not want to make an obscene profit at the cost of your health.
