Thank you Monica @ Wellness Center Sonoma County for organizing this.

Meditation has become super popular however the knowledge out there is littered with misguidance. If you’ve tried the app and tried the book and tried the youtube video and are not getting results consider coming to learn from a professional teacher with almost 2 decades of experience.

The course is 4 x 90 minute sessions over 3 days, details and description below.

In order to do the course we must first meet for a free info session. Either turn up to the session or contact me directly to organize a private one on one.

Existing Vedic Meditators are strongly encouraged to re-sit sessions 2/3/4 for free. Let us know if you’re turning up.

Private counsel sessions are available @ $200 per hour. Come with an unresolved issue. Let’s resolve it there and then.

What Is Vedic Meditation?

Vedic Meditation is a simple and effortless practice for people with busy minds and busy lives. It takes just a little time every day and involves zero focus and concentration.

Benefits of Vedic Meditation are many and varied. Here are some:

Super easy to do once the right instruction is received.
As much guidance and follow up as you need.
No focus or concentration.
Deep rest that is about 2 – 5 times deeper than the deepest point in a night’s sleep.
Life changing.
Massive stress release.
Equanimity.
Greater efficiency and effectiveness.
Feel better.
Gets rid of addiction (even hard core drugs).
Better focus, concentration, balance and more.
Reduced rates of cancer and heart related diseases.

Passed down from master to master through the ages Vedic Meditation dates back 5000 – 10000 years. Basically, it’s tried and tested.

See you there.

@petervroom

In now current noisy life meditation is important to find inner peace . I still remember that in end of nineteenth jogging become trend on those days then people get to know about it's health benefits and than wait gaining/ gyming become trend . but now I personally believe that it's already started new era where meditation become trend. now every day more and more people engaging to meditation and yahh is she your daughter ? she is so cute !!!

Wow 10000 years is no joke. I'm quite far and I'm sorry I wouldn't be able to attend but I'm really interested in the meditation. It's astonishing such requires zero focus and concentration

Hi @tobah thanks for stopping by. Yes, a key aspect of meditation for 99% of people to be regular is that it be effortless. We have so much going on through the day with jobs, traffic, relationships and taking on the world that adding a meditation practice that requires focus means that almost all people are not regular. And as meditation is a mechanical process (like brushing teeth) rather than belief based process (like religion) you need to do it regularly to get the benefits. Just like going to the gym. So the effortless aspect of the practice is key.

Where do you live? Perhaps I can hook you up with a teacher in your area (or organise a course with you).
