But the smugglers are taking advantage of the situation as the water level in the rivers has increased during the monsoon. It is being reported that some unscrupulous groups in Bangladesh have become active before Eid-ul-Adha. There is no system to check the health of these cows and buffaloes before they are sold in the market. As a result, there are risks.
