Based on my recent investigations, I wouldn't be surprised to learn some are somehow tied to CPS but are there on "unofficial" business. Pretty nervy showing up like that to kidnap, and makes me wonder if they have practice officially doing this and feel comfortable from practice knowing how many parents waive their rights at the first sign of authority.
@practicalthought - in my search for manitoba papers, a sizeable percentage of "agents" are "'independent.'" Oh so, interesting. Also, until June 2015 I believe where they where also able to "put them up in hotel." Why would a child need a hotel?🤔 especially when ...there was a central location in manitoba that housed children short term.
