When I was digging into the whole cps thing in the USA, the more I dug, the less sense it made, as so called social workers were on a bonus, or their departments were to withhold children from the family, so the longer they kept the child away from their parents the more $ they made.

It makes no sense, it is for profit not for protection, but then I dug into the prisons also and found the same exact thing.

What ever happened to "land of the free" as it seems to be land of the incarcerated from where I am sitting.
