Janet hired me to do this sigil and talisman for her relationship with Blake. Janet and Blake met about 6 months prior to realizing that they liked each other romantically, in a class on Natural Law Principles. They realized that they might be the ones for each other after several conversations about aliens living under the Denver Airport led them to having a 7 hour conversation about everything that is going on.

Janet and I are having an ongoing conversation in which I get to know what life is like between them. I am starting to think that I should learn astrology myself so that I can make better sigils for people...

Blake is ex-military from during the Cold War, so he knows a lot - especially being an Aquarius - as they are naturally brilliant people - and Janet had studied Mark Passio's podcasts... the two of them became inseparable... in addition they both love Nature and have a desire to get off the grid...

Blake is very private. He did not reveal secrets about himself for months after they first met - and Janet did feel coerced when she found out some major lifestyle differences that they had after they had consummated their relationship... but she had to figure out how to deal with it then - whereas had she known before - she would have not pursued it. As it turned out, it was her ignorance of principles that would have led her to leave such a potentially excellent relationship in the dust.

But as the months and years wore on, Janet came to realize that Blake and she are completely different in every way possible - they really have nothing at all in common, in terms of how they live, except that they genuinely like each other...

Opposites Attract

Janet looked at their compatibility astrological chart and found out that their are 8 squares between them. Most importantly that Saturn squares Mars. It makes the relationship so difficult...there is so much compromise required by both parties, but Blake will never be the one to compromise - it's always going to have to be Janet. Janet is a Libra who wants nothing more than to be in a relationship - she believes that that IS the ultimate challenge in life is to use Principles to get along with everyone. Janet believes that that is the purpose of humans on earth is to learn how to get along... and yet - here she is in a very difficult situation.

Janet is starting to want to get out. Janet also grew up in a bad family so she really does not know much about what a healthy relationship looks like and she is constantly overthinking and obsessing...

The Sigil

Janet hired me to make a Sigil for their relationship:

And then to do a painting for them. Janet knows that this is really for her - she is going to lead the way on this one. Blake is not going to draw the Sigil and be involved in anyway, most likely. Janet worries a little bit that she is violating his free will by making this Sigil, but falls back on the commitment he made to her - that he wants this to work out and he is willing to do whatever it takes to do so.

I might have to change the Sigil though because Janet just sent me a text saying that she's not sure it's Saturn square Mars after - all, just that instead that she and Blake have a lot of communication issues to work out. Janet tells me that the astrocharts online are all different - some say different things are going on -

Janet says though, that since Blake had to put his dog down a few weeks ago, he has totally walled her off emotionally. She is sad about this and wants to do whatever she can to stay with Blake. I don't think Blake is having trouble staying with Janet- mainly because he has not compromised at all on his path - it's Janet who is making all the sacrifices.

Janet waited 12 years to find Blake. Neither of them is young anymore and she knows in her gut that it will be very hard for her to find another partner who is as intellectually compatible and who knows what she knows. Janet would not do well with a Pollyanna type who does not know what's going on in the world.
