Where were you on this day in 1995?

I was at home in Bearsville, NY - having just gotten home from GD Tour a week earlier because we had been hit by an 18-wheeler in Indianapolis- remember that was the gate- buster show at Deer Creek- and that had prolonged our road trip about 2 months... I was in rec.music.gdead yahoo newsgroup when people started sharing the news of Jerry’s passing... it was horrible...

My recently deceased former ex boyfriend Dave was at work... he later flew to San Francisco for the memorial...

He od’d a couple of years ago...

I’ll be going to JRAD August 29th at Red Rocks...

My buddy Tom and I will tie dye beforehand...
