Valentin winter [ Art process included ! ]
Todays painting is valentin winter, an insanely aesthetic cosplayer that i follow, he has the dark gothic faerie look with a little bit of visualkei spice added into it. I'm not used to drawing men but this turned out pretty fun!
without further ado lets get straight into the line art
Base colors under the lineart layer
Laying out my foundations of the painting
A little bit more attention to the face
Theres something about straight on views that are extra difficult but i added more detail and rendering from the foundations i layed out
The skull and the face were in the same value range competing too much for attention so i made the face of valentin much more lighter
and added a subtle shadow to the skull and it balances out a bit better and we're done!
