Everyone who is a citizen here has their fingerprints taken for their identity documents. that doesn't really help as I know people who have taken names of other people to become nationalized. This happened post 1994 when the government wanted extra people for polling numbers. Basically how accurate their systems are is a guess so no guarantees whether fingerprints will match the correct person anyway.
