US Capital Global, an investment firm, announced the launch of a tokenized venture fund, whose assets include stakes in such well-known cryptocurrency companies as Coinbase, Bakkt, Nomics and Tagomi.

According to the press release, accredited market participants are offered the opportunity to invest in the $10-million NYCQ Fund LP, formed by the company CityBlock Capital. US Capital Global Securities will act as the exclusive placement agent.

"The fund does not invest in cryptocurrencies or utility-tokens, but is directly involved in the expansion of the global digital economy through equity investments in developing blockchain infrastructure companies," writes US Capital Global.

"By combining a low minimum investment with early liquidity opportunities, the fund provides accredited investors with the opportunity to invest in blockchain infrastructure normally available to institutional investors," said US Capital Global Securities CEO Charles Tole.

According to the description of the instrument, the minimum size of the investment is $50,000, the minimum term is 12 months. The fund management fee is 2% per annum and the manager's fee is 20% of the profit.

Mark Yusko, CEO of Morgan Creek Capital Management, and Anthony Pompliano, founder of Morgan Creek Digital, were announced as key partners of the fund.
