Malta-based Palladium Launches World’s First ICCO
Malta-based Cryptoconce Fund announced the launch of the world's first initial convertible currency offering (ICCO) with two partners, including Palladium Beatrakes. The ICCO is somewhat different from the IOC, in which investors will later be able to convert tokenized currency into the company's shares. In the case of pallidium, it can be converted after three years of sale.
