LAWRENCE, Massachusetts (October 12, 2021) -- Saitama, one of the fastest growing cryptocurrency and community driven platforms has named Willie D as President of NFT Curation and Talent Acquisition in a deal reportedly worth over $50 Million with incentives and bonuses.
Willie D, given name Willie Dennis is best known for his role as a member of the legendary rap group, Geto Boys. Willie D also has penned a top-rated advice column for the Houston Press, Vice Magazine, and currently host’s the popular Willie D Live Podcast on YouTube that boasts nearly 700,000 subscribers. In 2020, he and fellow Geto Boys bandmate Scarface, inked a deal with Charlamagne Tha God’s Black Effect Podcast Network and iHeart Podcasts to produce a 1-hour interview formatted show with celebrity, and newsmakers. On July 05, 2021, the Geto Boys Reloaded Podcast based in Houston, debuted at #3, and moved to #1 the following day on Apple Podcast/Music charts.
In his talent acquisition role, Willie D will be responsible for securing high level partnerships within several industries including, but not limited to, high profile individuals and businesses in the entertainment space.
Similarly, Willie D will support Saitama in the creation of new NFTs. NFT stands for non-fungible token, a unique piece of digital art representing items such as photos, videos, audio, and other types of digital files.
