Crypto and the block chain are going to change the world. I have really come to respect and admire David Hay. He is a true global citizen of the planet Earth. He is spearheading a project that will exhibit we can move beyond politics, nationalities, and government to help people. He plans to make Cucuta, Colombia a city which boarders Venezuela and is home to hundred of thousands of refugees from Venezuela the first city with 50% crypto currency adoption. Expanding the use of mediums of exchange not controlled by a central bank and indirectly helping the Venezuelan refugees running from inflation rates of over 1000%
