Still faster than banks! BUT scaling is needed badly, especially as the network is growing! In my opinion in the future Bitcoin won't be a medium of exchange as intended but rather simply a store of value! Other Cryptocurrencies will be the main medium of exchange, we will see which ones scale the best!

Btc confirmation really takes so much time. I don't like that. Doge transaction is very fast.

Be careful, I would take the money you made and run. Sell at least half into other alts you choose. Ofcourse i am not giving advise, but they can print more ripple whenever they want. they just say they won't, very different from bitcoin because they can't. As well as other coins that can't be manipulated. Xrp is a scary bet to me. Almost like betting on usd.

I transferred some BTC to a market to buy espers. Not only took 15 minutes for it to be deposited but the site made me wait for 6 more. Almost two hours!
