So bacially What Is Effect.AI?
It is Decentralized Network for AI (Artifical Intelligence) demonstrated by mechanical or computer which is different from one demonstrated by humans.The motive behind is to create a decentralized AI. It is powered by NEO
Effect is divided in 3 Phases

2.Smart Market

1.Effect Force
A phase in which developer & companies will give its user a task. The user who successfully completes the task will be rewarded with EFX Tokens (their utility tokens).
This is to help distribute wealth from middleman corporation to Mechanical Turk workers who actually both deserve need money.
2.Smart Market
A market will b accomplish where users can Buy or Sell the EFX token.market will allow to redeem user its reward.. Hence platform will b working hard to market the tokens here..
3.Effect Power
This phase companies or developers will work to ensure that computing power can be attained or lent to execute heavy application.
Effect.AI Anarchists of the Blockchain
1.Their motive is to create a decentralized AI that will be powered by NEO.
2.Phase 1 will solve "middle man" (common man") issue where a large commission is taken from him on name of social/worker welfare. This phase will also end up loss of common man which he was looted earlier.
3.It will allow more accessible work to poor region
