The project introduces an open, decentralized network that provides services in the Artificial Intelligence market. This project is called The Effect Network. The 3 phases of The Effect Network require no fees, have a low barrier of entry and provide fast growth to its users. It runs seamlessly on the NEO blockchain and is fueled by a network NEP-5 token. The effect of this network will define the future relationship between humanity and AI.

There will be similar key features from centralized marketplaces like Crowdsouce, Fiverr, Guru and Amazon Mechanical Turk. Now that Phase 1 is releasing soon, every user will be able to join the Effect Network. Effect AI will be now joining the developers to team up and help each other.

AI developers unite and may able to join the Effect network. This will also develop their teamwork and change the way on how AI will work more effieciently.

The overall solution would be the Accessibility which would directly linking supply and demand through the team's micro tasking platform. Next solution would be Accuracy. Individual application may able to find each other to buy or sell information. I believe accuracy plays an important part of solving problems like diverging tasks and data processing. Performance, in which everything will be fast than ever, this also enables the users to create data sets quickly and more accurately.
