The choosing of this it boil's down to wich blockchain you belive in. I guess it is possible that one of the platforms or both add other blockchains in the future. Both is very good options, but it looks like KickICO ICO may be a better choise fore investors. CoinStarter may be a better platform fore credited investors, but I guess if you invest with crypto you don't care if the projects has a credited only stamp or free fore all. As long as you can participate you only care if the investment will pay off. With credited investors you may get less sell off's when the token lunches.
