Earning with Data Entry (International)

in #crypto6 years ago (edited)

To start off, let me clarify a bit on the title, as there are only so much words i can put in a title before it becomes way to misleading or partially irrelevant.

This post is centered around the use of a specific website with a specific goal in mind. For the most part if you are a resident outside of the US & Canada (most likely UK too) earning opportunities with "Offerwall" websites can be very limited, especially watching videos, app installations and surveys. So for the most part this post is probably aimed at all of you, that probably hate these "Offerwall" sites for not supporting your country.

Also, this article follows what i do and my goal i'm trying to accomplish with this. A last note before we start, this is actual data entry work (not some captcha entering service or such) and involves getting paid in a various amount of crypto currencies available on-site. Yes the pay is minimal, but that's where the "goal" comes into play as to why you would want to do this if you have the spare time.

OK, enough chit-chat, lets go!

Getting Set Up

Where will we be doing this data entry work? Well right over here >
Data Entry

So this site offers various ways to earn from it, but we will be focusing on data entry only, feel free to try some other offers if its available to you, couldn't hurt.

Registration is pretty straight forward, signup, verify your email and login to the site.

Now before i tell you what crypto currency to use or why, we will go check out where we are going to do our data entry work and how it works (sadly i can not share images of the actual work as this is a violation of their terms, but will give you some explanations / examples).

Lets get going

1. When logged in, click on the "Earn Bitcoin" dropdown at the top (keep in mind yours will display whichever currency you have as default, we'll get back to this later)

2. From the dropdown, click on Data Entry.

This will take you to the landing page for where the work is done.

Right of the bat, they will give you examples and a 3 part test, to see if you understand what needs to be done. This takes less than a minute.

The Work

The work is so straight forward you will most likely get bored after some time.
You will be shown an image/photo/scan of handwritten information or Business Cards or other sources. Depending on what information they want they will ask you to enter for example the Address, or Company Name, website address or even just the person's name.

All this is covered in the test they give you. If you cannot make out anything on the image they give to you, just leave the field empty and click next to go on, this does not count against you, don't waste time trying to decipher something, just go on to the next ones.

What Currency should i use?

OK, this pretty much come down to you.

If you just want some crypto to go play on a dice site or something, go with dogecoin, verge, reddcoin or something similar that rewards a good amount coins for your time and effort.

In my case, i pick "stakeable" coins, most recently i have gotten in to Bean Cash a bit.
So i get paid in Bean Cash for my time, this i withdraw to Pool-Stake website, where it generates extra Bean Cash and just keeps growing the more you add.

What is staking then?
To keep it simple, see staking as interest on your coins held. The more coins you hold the more interest you get from it. In the beginning staking was mainly done by yourself owning a lot of coins to even start, but with pool staking, you can start staking with a very small amount of coins.

If you want to start staking yourself and generate extra coins, you can start STAKING here. They have faucets available for some coins so you can collect and start staking immediately)

Check which crypto currencies support, and choose a currency you want to stake. Set your "Main Currency" for data entry to what you would like to stake, if this is the direction you are thinking of going, otherwise keep to low transaction fee coins such as dogecoin etc.

I pace myself and only do a specific amount of data entry per day, or what i have time for, this way i get a steady amount of coins to go stake, believe me these small amounts builds up quite quickly. Staking is a long-term scenario, so keep that in mind.

Hope this helped anyone, if you have questions feel free to ask away, happy earning to all and good luck!
