Idea for Tajikistan

The Venezuelan government launched the pre-sale of the world’s first national,
oil-backed cryptocurrency Petro (PTR). Previously, President Nicolas Maduro had
ordered the issue of 100 million Petros with the value of a single barrel of oil each.
I have absolutely free and simple idea to President Rahmon (Tajikistan). As we know, he has put forward a goal ! My idea is to launch the first national hydro-backed
cryptocurrency. I know well that his team of economists are very sick and most of them are poorly educated.
But he don't need to worry, we are able to invite best professionals from around the world. Just please
take in account that it will be not free of charge.
