I said a few years ago that people should not work people should read books :D This is a simplification of course. We need to automate all the possible production processes and focus on intensive education.

You may say that this is obvious --- no? Did you know that the automation of work was actually slowed down many times by guys who were trying to keep control and/or resist the change?
